AKRIS Spring 2026 Paris Full Show – Fashion Channel
Albert Kriemler’s Spring 2026 collection for Akris drew inspiration from American artist Leon Polk Smith, translating the painter’s use of line and color into refined, wearable form. The collection played with contrasts curved and angular cuts, saturated hues, and bold pairings of red, white, and purple alongside monochromatic looks crafted in Japanese denim and suede.
Single-panel interpretations of Polk Smith’s works appeared on column dresses and sleek leather totes, while black guipure embroidery and glossy cutouts reimagined the artist’s linear compositions in motion. The result was a precise yet sensual study of color, texture, and structure.
