LOUIS VUITTON Fall 2026 Paris – Fashion Channel
For Fall, Nicolas Ghesquière presented a Louis Vuitton collection inspired by global dress and the natural world, blending anthropological references with architectural construction.
The lineup opened with exaggerated cloak‑like garments resembling traditional Turkish kepeneks, reinterpreted in brushed animal hair and leather‑trimmed wool. Across the collection, silhouettes drew on rural and nomadic influences—evoking Peru, Nepal, and the Mongolian steppe—through woven tweeds, forest‑creature embroidery, and rustic silk salopettes given a luxe treatment.
Textiles ranged from forest‑inspired tweeds to silks and animal hair, with playful surface motifs such as sheep paintings by artist Nazar Strelyaev‑Nazarko integrated into several looks. Outerwear included cropped leather jackets with vegetal fur collars, and dresses featured geometric collage details, adding dynamic texture and contrast.
