International Day of People with Disabilities – LVMH Dare Accessibility programme

To mark the International Day of People with Disabilities, LVMH is releasing the DARE Accessibility documentary, highlighting four initiatives led by employees, illustrating both the human impact and the business contribution of an inclusive approach.

Launched during the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, the DARE Accessibility programme aims to foster innovation and the implementation of concrete solutions to ensure the long-term inclusion of employees, customers and partners across the Group’s Maisons. It also reflects the entrepreneurship and collaboration culture embodied by our talents, whose creativity and engagement drive meaningful change across the Group.

By shining a light on these initiatives and on the people behind them, the documentary reflects the collective commitment of the Maisons and Regions, and reaffirms the Group’s determination to support and develop the employment of people with disabilities, at the heart of its social ambition.

Watch the documentary and discover initiatives such as including Pink Tailor Made (LVMH), Low Sensory Shopping Hours (Sephora), Welcome Handi Kit (Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche) and En’Able (Louis Vuitton).

We are diverse by essence and inclusive by choice. And it’s everyone’s business.
