Vintage in Pills VERSUS Spring 2001 Milan – Fashion Channel
The Versus Spring 2001 collection incorporated many of the season’s defining trends, offering a diverse range of silhouettes and textures. The show opened with cranberry-toned cocktail dresses featuring gathered waists, followed by black halter styles with cut-out detailing and nude backs. Motorcycle jackets appeared in satin, cinched at the waist and voluminous at the shoulders.
Black lace dresses were embellished with rhinestones, while ruched skirts and fitted mini dresses were styled with double-turn belts and oversized stone buckles. Additional looks included tank tops with streamers and gathered straps, aqua-and-copper printed pantsuits, and culotte-and-blazer ensembles.
Designed for a younger audience, the collection focused on wearable, accessible pieces that reflected the Versus aesthetic through structure, embellishment, and vibrant color.
